All products sold by PMP Digital Creations are instant digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

How It Works

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure download link within minutes. You can also access your downloads at any time from your order confirmation page.

File Formats

Most products are delivered as PDF files. Some products may include additional formats such as PNG or JPG. File formats are listed on each individual product page.

Printing

You are welcome to print your downloads at home or at any professional print shop (e.g., Staples, FedEx Print, Office Depot). We recommend printing on standard letter-size paper (8.5" x 11") at 300 DPI for best quality.

Usage Rights

All files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim our designs as your own. Each purchase is licensed to one individual buyer.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@pmpdigitalcreations.com and we will resolve it promptly.
